Well finally the bank has come through with the goods. Over 6 weeks to get approval - not happy Jan. BUT...it's all done now, so onward we go - next step is the Building Permit - more waiting! We're getting good at this! So that's where we stand! On another note, our eldest started Prep a couple of weeks ago, which has been keeping us very busy, and he's loving it which is making us all very happy! Here's a snap of our boy on his first day! Will update again when we have more news!

Congratulations Mel & Co. Our titles finally got released today and settlement is due on 28th Feb. So we should be putting together our final details with Rawdon soon, then comes interior decoration and tiles, carpeting and so forth.... Let's get it going I say... Yippee... Once again congrats to you and the family......
